Terms of Service
Effective 2026-05-13
Terms of Service
These terms describe the high-level rules for using the Aurevex website and platform.
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern access to the Aurevex Ledger website and platform operated by AUREVEX TECHNOLOGIES PTY (LTD). By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, ensuring only authorized users access your workspace, and providing accurate registration and company information. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected portions of the platform where prohibited, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
4. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans, implementation services, and enterprise commercial terms may be governed by order forms, invoices, statements of work, or other commercial agreements in addition to these terms. Fees remain payable according to the agreed billing schedule.
5. Data, security, and availability
We work to operate the platform securely and reliably, but no online system can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Customers remain responsible for validating their own operational, compliance, and legal requirements before relying on the platform for regulated workflows.
6. Intellectual property
The Aurevex platform, product materials, branding, and software remain the property of Aurevex Technology Pty (Ltd) or its licensors. Customer data remains subject to the rights and permissions granted by the customer and applicable law.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where required to protect the platform, enforce agreements, respond to legal requirements, or address abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe activity. Customers may terminate subject to their commercial commitments and outstanding obligations.
8. Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and indirect or consequential damages are excluded. These terms should be read together with any signed enterprise agreement. Unless another contract states otherwise, they are governed by the laws applicable to South Africa.
